Information About You That We May Collect

Basic Access Information

While you may be able to use some of the functionality of our Website without registering a  member account, some services or subscriptions on our Website may require registration. If you  use our Website without registering or only visit the login page without registering, the only  information we collect will be Basic Access Information (information that is typically not traceable  back to an individual and cannot be used to identify an individual). Such Basic Access Information  includes, but is not limited to, the device used to access the Website and Platform, IP address,  browser agent, and geographic location. The Basic Access Information may be collected through  the use of cookies or similar technologies.

Personally Identifiable Information

We collect Personally Identifiable Information (information that can be traced back to you, such  as your name, billing address, phone number, email address, and zip code) when you register a  member account on the Website and/or Platform. Personally Identifiable Information may also be  collected through any statements or content that you voluntarily submit or otherwise post on the  Website and/or Platform, including, but not limited to, comments, videos, photographs, and other  images. It is recommended that you remove any embedded location data in any Personally  Identifiable Information that you voluntarily submit or post publicly to the Website and/or  Platform.

Once you register as a member, you may choose to use additional tools and services that may ask  you to voluntarily provide additional information about yourself, including Personally Identifiable  Information. Our need and basis for collecting and processing this information is to ensure access  to additional Services. You may also choose to not provide this information, in which case, your  experience on our Website and/or Platform may be diminished.

Email

We will not use your email address for any purpose other than to communicate with you or on  your behalf. Your email may be used for forgotten password or user account information. Unless  you opt out, we may also use your email address to send you promotional, marketing, and similar  materials. You may revoke your email permission at any time and opt out of receiving any future  information by unsubscribing.

Browser Cookies

Like many companies, we use, or may use, browser cookies on our Website and/or Platform.  “Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard  drive. They enhance your online experience by saving your preferences while you are visiting a  particular website. The cookies do not contain any Personally Identifiable Information about you,  including health information, and cannot profile your system or collect information from your hard  drive.

When you view or access our Website and/or Platform, we may place a cookie on your computer,  which may be either temporary or permanent. Temporary cookies will be used to determine if your  browser accepts cookies and may also be used to complete transactions with this Website and/or  Platform and for other purposes such as counting the number of visits to our web pages. These  temporary cookies are eliminated when you exit your browser.

A permanent cookie may also be stored on your computer by your browser. When you log in to  the Website and/or Platform, this type of cookie tells us whether you've visited us before or if you  are a new visitor. The cookie doesn’t obtain any Personally Identifiable Information about you,  including health information, or provide us with any way to contact you, and the cookie doesn't  extract any information from your computer. Upon registering an account on our Website and/or  Platform, you may opt-in to saving log-in information and other Personally Identifiable  Information. These permanent cookies will be saved for a period of time on our Website and/or

Platform before being discarded. You may opt to use a “Remember Me” function to temporarily  save cookies for a shorter period of time on the Website and/or Platform.

The “help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from  accepting certain types of cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new  cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Please note that disabling temporary cookies may  prevent you from using and accessing this Website and/or Platform in the most efficient and  effective manner. Disabling permanent cookies may also impact your use and access of the  Website and/or Platform and, in particular, will not allow you to see any personalization on the  Platform that you may activate. In addition, if you visit our Website and Platform again after  deleting a cookie, a new cookie may be activated.

You may also engage our Website and/or Platform to publish and edit articles in public forums.  Additional cookies will be saved on your browser solely for purposes of tracking the “Post ID.”  These additional cookers will not include any Personally Identifiable Information and will  automatically expire after a short period of time.

How We Use Your Information

We will not sell, share, or rent the information that is collected via the Website and/or Platform to  others unless otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

Any information you submit will be used by us for our own internal purposes or for sharing with  any third party service providers to perform functions on our behalf related to the Website and/or  Platform as we describe in this Privacy Policy. Submission of your information authorizes such  internal use by us and our employees and such sharing with our third party service provider  network.

We will use information voluntarily submitted by you on the Website and/or Platform for purposes  of conducting and processing transactions (e.g., billing, payment, and shipping).

We use your information to facilitate and improve the use of our Website and/or Platform by you  and others, to communicate with you, for internal purposes, to customize your experience with the  Website and/or Platform, and to comply with any requirements of law. Your information may be  disclosed to our staff, to our third party service provider network, and to any other third parties  involved in the analysis and support of your use of the Website and Platform. We also use this  information to respond to any questions you might have and to send you emails and other  communications with information about our products and Services (unless you opt to not receive  these communications).

We do not require you to disclose any health data in order to view the Website or initially register  a member account. If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and will send  notices to you (at the email we have for you) of such changes in advance.

We may use your Basic Access Information to serve, or have a third party serve, specialized or  relevant advertising content and/or recommendations to you on our Website or on a third party’s  website. We may from time to time supply the owners or operators of third-party sites from which it is possible to link to our Website with information relating to the number of users linking to our  Website from their sites.

We will use your information to enforce legal terms that govern your use of the Website and/or  Platform and for any other purposes for which your information is needed to be collected and  maintained in order to appropriately manage the Website and/or Platform.

Third-Party Websites

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. Your use of these  third-party websites is entirely at your own risk. We recommend that you review and understand  the privacy and security policy of each site you visit.

In connection with our Services, we may allow third parties to place a cookie on your browser or  a beacon on our Website in order to enable advertisers to recognize your browser in order to deliver  an advertisement or similar message based on Basic Access Information. Importantly, we do not  allow these advertisers to collect any Personally Identifiable Information based on your visits to  our Website. We may also acquire Basic Access Information about you that these or other third  parties have access to, and we may use that information for the purpose of content development,  marketing purposes, or the delivery of advertisements and other messages.

Since third parties may use their own cookies when you click on a hypertext link to their website  or service, you should carefully review the privacy policy of other sites you link to from our  Website and/or Platform.

This includes physical, electronic, and  procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of any information  about you that is provided through use of our Website. Even though no computer system is  completely secure, we believe the measures implemented by our Website are reasonable and  reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.  However, risks of data breaches exist, and no security measures are foolproof. In using our Website and/or Platform, you confirm your understanding and your assumption of these risks.

Some of the functions of our Website and/or Platform may involve online forums or opportunities  to comment. We may monitor such forums to ensure they adhere to our internal policies; however,  we cannot completely control any comments you or others provide in such forums. We are not  responsible for any claims or damages arising out of private or identifying information you  voluntarily provide in any comment or discussion forum. You may contact us if you wish to remove  any such private content you voluntarily provided after it is posted, and we will attempt to  accommodate your request.
